All functionality of the pyb module is available in other modules, like
time, machine and os.  The only outstanding function, info(), is
(temporarily) moved to the esp module and the pyb module is removed.

py/mphal.h contains declarations for generic mp_hal_XXX functions, such
as stdio and delay/ticks, which ports should provide definitions for.  A
port will also provide mphalport.h with further HAL declarations.
