When nrf pwm audio is introduced, it will be called `audiopwmio`.  To
enable code sharing with the existing (dac-based) `audioio`, factor
the sample and mixer types to `audiocore`.

INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: Now, `Mixer`, `RawSample` and `WaveFile` must
be imported from `audiocore`, not `audioio`.
