Added const modifiers to device mode class drivers.
Added parameter directions to function parameter documentation. Added new experimental FAST_STREAM_FUNCTIONS compile time option to speed up stream transfers at the expense of a higher FLASH consumption (needs testing to verify improved throughput). git-svn-id: http://lufa-lib.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@636 d5102386-fcda-11dd-9fdb-3debd5008f28
