Added incomplete PrinterHost demo application.
Seperated out Lib components of the incomplete BluetoothHost demo application out into a seperate Lib subfolder. Changed F_CLOCK entries in project makefiles to alias to F_CPU by default, as this is the most common case. git-svn-id: http://lufa-lib.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@639 d5102386-fcda-11dd-9fdb-3debd5008f28
